2.2 Table time
For busy periods, tables may be allocated for a set duration (e.g., 1 hour 45 minutes for parties up to 4, 2 hours for 5–8). We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but may need the table back on time.

If you need to cancel, reduce numbers, or make significant changes, please do so at least 24 hours before your booking time.
3.3 Late cancellations / no-shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, significantly reduce numbers within 24 hours, or do not attend (no-show), we may retain the deposit (in full or in part) to cover costs and losses associated with the booking (e.g., staffing and preparation, and the difficulty of re-selling a large table at short notice).
Where possible, we’ll take reasonable steps to reduce losses (for example, re-allocating your table if we can).
3.4 Late arrivals (30 minutes)
If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. We may hold your table for up to 30 minutes after your booking time. After that, we may need to release the table, and the booking may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show.
